Report a Data Issue

If you have found an error in a student report or have concerns about data accuracy:

  1. Schools: Contact your account manager or use the internal ticketing system in the AAR Dashboard.
  2. Parents: Please contact your school's administration office first. They have the authority to verify and correct academic records.
  3. Technical Issues: For bugs or verification failures, email info@archov.com.
